We are here for you – Our response to the Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic threat

These times are as tough as they come, arent they ? And we wanted to understand how our Cookiie family is doing. Besides caring for the family, we wanted to check if you are doing ok as well. As the world continues to evolve with the threatening Coronavirus (COVID 19) situation in India, we hope you are ensuring you are taking time for yourself while keeping your loved ones safe.

The entire community has come together as one and it is touching to see the precautions being followed. Starting 19th March, all staff at our facilities have been working from home as much as possible and while practicing social distancing from others. Having said that, we are still available for you. These are not normal times and everyone is jittery around us. However, we at Cookiie Baby are here for you.

In keeping of the health and safety precautions as issued by the Indian government to control the threat of COVID 19 across all states, we have ensured all our helpers, craftsmen and team members including those who attend to customer service and product fit checks and returns are given ‘work from home’ duty. Some of them are working on new designs as we read this, while some others are researching ideas to keep our Cookiie family engaged. Our facilities have been kept shut voluntarily and we intend to keep it closed till the government gives small businesses in India the go ahead to open doors for business. But to ensure we are able to continue serving our valued families across the world, we have put together some basic business continuity plans which are ever evolving as the situation changes. 

Due to these precautionary measures, we hope you understand that any orders placed during this lockdown period –

• will be processed and packed ready for shipping.
• Orders will only be shipped once normal non – essential services are restored across India. 14th April is the tentative date as of now.
• All orders will have warranty (if applicable) extended by 30 days for exchanges.

At all times, even if there is a delay due to working remotely, we will do all we can to come to you for queries. We will be available to chat over Whatsapp regarding our products and how it can help you during these challenging times.
